Here is what we can say about our Return & Refund policy ;)
Our policy lasts 30 days after the purchasing date. This period should be enough to avoid some stress!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer !
If you wish for an exchange, please read carefully below; if you would like a refund, it’s here.
1/ SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
* Size or colour
After contacting us at email@example.com & once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. According to your wish, we will ship as soon as possible the new item and provide you with the tracking number!
Return shipping costs are on you, but we will take care of the rest if you want the same kind of item. The second shipment is on us ;)
If you want another kind of article, shipment is on you.
* Defective or damaged item
If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of it ;)
After contacting us at email@example.com & once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.
Return shipping costs are on you & the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4/ MISSING REFUNDS AFTER 7 DAYS
If you’ve done all of the required steps - did you recheck your bank account?! - and you still have not received your refund after more than 14 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
